A standard rental covers 2 business days before to next business day after event, or a maximum of 3 days if during the week to allow for shipping unless locally dropped off. Need more time? Contact us directly to arrange additional days.

We ship your booth 3 days before your event to ensure timely delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number, and we’re here to assist if needed.

Your videos will be delivered to your inbox within 3 weeks. If you’ve selected the social story edit, please allow 4 weeks. Once received, you can download and keep your videos forever!

The video booth must be dropped off at the Courier within 2 days after your event. Late returns may incur additional fees.

No worries! The booth includes a high-quality condensed microphone that significantly reduces background noise, ensuring your guests' messages are clear.

Yes there is a 50% Deposit which is non-refundable. This secures your date. The remaining balance will be due 30 days before your event.

To protect the booth, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, especially in extreme heat. We recommend a shaded or covered area away from rain. After use, disassemble the booth and return it to the protective case.

Setting up is simple! You’ll need a 42-inch cocktail table and a nearby power outlet. The booth is adjustable for height however we recommend that size table so your guests can all be standing at eye level .
You can also use your own extension cord for more flexibility.

Yes, our app is designed to be user-friendly and fun, with continuous improvements to enhance your experience.

A backdrop isn’t necessary as people love the look of what’s going on at the party, but if you prefer one, you can use an extension cord to position the booth in front of it. Just be sure to tape down the cord for safety. Another option is to set the booth on a coffee table with a couch and wall setup. description

Yes, we’ve included a microphone in the design to ensure your guests are heard clearly.

We require at least 4 weeks' notice for bookings, subject to availability.

The only edited version that comes with music as your background is the social story edit. This is an optional ad on for a more unique experience you can share.

We recommend testing everything out at set up. This only takes a few minutes to ensure the App is working, the audio is connected and the lighting is plugged and working. Then all your guests need to do is click on start!

Absolutely! We will provide you with a support number should you need anything. All instructions are easy to follow inside the case as well. So easy a 5 year old can do it :)
